1. Description of Service

1.1 Role as a Matching and Referral Platform

Forex Chambers acts solely as a matching and referral platform. We facilitate the introduction between users seeking specialized services and qualified Service Providers within our curated network.

  • We are not a Law Firm: Forex Chambers is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services. No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Forex Chambers, its employees, or its agents through the use of this Service.

  • No Fiduciary Relationship: We do not act as an agent, broker, or fiduciary for any user or Service Provider.

  • Scope Limitation: Our service is limited to providing information about, and facilitating introductions to, independent Service Providers.

1.2 Independent Service Providers

The Service Providers within our network are independent contractors or entities.

  • Independent Relationship: Any engagement, contract, or attorney-client relationship entered into between you and a Service Provider is solely between those two parties. Forex Chambers is not a party to, and bears no responsibility or liability for, the terms, fees, quality of work, or outcomes of that independent relationship.

  • Verification: While we vet our network members based on reputation, specialization, and credentials, we do not guarantee the professional competence, experience, or suitability of any Service Provider. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any Service Provider.

2. User Responsibilities and Conduct

2.1 Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when requesting a referral or using any communication features of the Service. Misrepresenting your identity or the nature of your legal matter is strictly prohibited.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

Privilege is only established once you have formally retained an attorney and communication is conducted directly with that attorney.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME: Forex Chambers makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome, success, or quality of the services provided by the Service Providers in our network. Legal and professional outcomes are inherently unpredictable.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: The information provided on this website (including articles, guides, and service descriptions) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content included in the Service without seeking professional advice from a qualified Service Provider.

3.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
